At the heart of our success is our value for honesty and integrity. Ethical conduct is at the core of all our business practices with our clients and our employees.

NMS’ Employee Handbook clearly outlines our company’s values and policies. It serves to ensure that all employees are aware of NMS’ ethical standards and that ethical practices are followed in every area of our business. “Acting in accordance with high ethical standards is one of the ways NMS secures and maintains business relationships and retains employees.” We endeavor to maintain business integrity in all our operations in every action we take.

  • At orientation, every employee receives an introduction to NMS business ethics, including our handbook.
  • Ethical conduct is emphasized in NMS new manager training classes as a core value. By completing this training, our managers understand the company’s expectations and can successfully communicate our business principles to our employees.
  • Employees have access to a toll-free Ethics hotline. This phone line is available to all employees 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Employees may report unethical business practices anonymously and without fear of retaliation. Every report is thoroughly investigated.
