Thomas Gilbert

Vice President of Staffing

Thomas Gilbert joined NMS as the Vice President of Staffing in April 2011. Gilbert provides oversight to the Staffing Division, focusing on growing the division’s presence in the lower 48.

Gilbert began his career in staffing at Labor Ready as a District manager. He quickly advanced through the company to increasing levels of management responsibility, culminating as Regional Vice President. He has held positions with other staffing agencies such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. He has also worked as a consultant to the staffing industry, assisting in startups and providing program direction.

With more than 15 years of experience in building and managing staffing companies, Gilbert brings a wealth of industry knowledge and insight to his new position with NMS. Gilbert is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association.
