Matthew Dickens joined NMS as the Vice President of Sales in January of 2011. Dickens provides strategic direction and oversight to the sales team.

Dickens started his career as the Sales and Service Manager at Tartan Textiles in Texas, where he built a hometown sales strategy that netted 80% of the market share. His most recent position was as Regional Vice President of Sales at Barnes Distribution. While there, Dickens led a team of 18 managers and 190 sales professionals covering the western United States and parts of Mexico. Dickens has also worked at Aramark Uniform Services and RUS Uniform Service.

Dickens holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Industrial Technology from Abilene Christian University. He has completed Developing Emotional Intelligence at the Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. Dickens has additional sales training in DDS Sales, Selling to Vito and Acclivus Negotiation.
